With offline mapping and a stunning AMOLED screen, this is the best smartwatch you can buy for under $70
If you’re in the market for a budget smartwatch, the Amazfit Bip 6 is available for $63.98 on Amazon—its lowest ever price.
While a $15 discount might seem modest compared to high-end wearables from Apple and Garmin, it represents a significant saving in the entry-level market.
In fact, as we say, this price bests the previous (and brief) all-time low we saw during the summer, returning the device to unbeatable value territory. It’s also a smidge cheaper than we saw during Black Friday, making it truly the best opportunity yet to catch it for a sneaky saving.
Why we recommend the Bip 6
The Bip series has always been about affordability, but previous iterations often felt cheap due to their plastic builds and washed-out TFT screens. The Bip 6 changed the game entirely.
In our Amazfit Bip 6 review, we praised Zepp Health for finally bringing a vibrant 1.97-inch AMOLED display to the line. The screen is punchy and colorful, making the interface feel far more premium than its price tag suggests.
The design also got a glow-up, slimming down to 10.4mm and adding aluminum flourishes that remove that toy-like feel of the Bip 5.
Premium features for less
The standout feature here, however, is offline mapping. The Bip 6 allows you to import route files (GPX) and navigate directly from your wrist without needing a phone connection. This is a feature typically reserved for watches costing $300 or more, like the Garmin Forerunner series or Galaxy Watch Pro. Finding it on a $65 device is remarkably rare.
Battery life remains a strong suit, with a promised 14-day lifespan (though heavy users should expect closer to 10 days). You also get reliable heart rate monitoring, blood oxygen tracking, and 5 ATM water resistance for swimming.
If you are looking for a capable fitness tracker that looks good enough for daily wear—or a cheap entry point into smartwatches that doesn’t sacrifice screen quality—this is the one to get.
