Here's our best look yet at Zepp Health's next smartwatch launch
Rumors surrounding Amazfit’s next smartwatch have accelerated in the last week, with multiple certifications and detailed leaks suggesting the device previously identified as model A2557 will launch as the ‘Amazfit Active Max’.
The model number first surfaced in Malaysia’s SIRIM database in November—a reliable indicator that preceded the Amazfit Bip 6 and Active 2—and has since appeared in regulatory listings in South Korea and Indonesia, signaling an imminent global rollout.
While initial speculation hinted at a new Falcon or Cheetah model, new leaks from tipster Roland Quandt point firmly to the ‘Active Max’ branding—and show the new design in full.
What the leaks say about the Active Max
The Active Max appears to be another of Zepp Health’s devices that aggressively undercuts the mid-range tracker market, with its current rumored European price being €169.90 (likely to be around $169.99 in the US.

It’s also tipped to feature a substantial 1.5-inch 480 × 480 AMOLED display—a significant size increase over the Active 2’s 1.32-inch panel—framed by slim bezels and a chapter-ring design.
Internal specs include a massive 576 mAh battery capable of up to 25 days of endurance, along with 50m water resistance, Bluetooth 5.3, GPS, NFC, and 4GB of storage.
A draft product listing spotted on an official Amazfit US domain suggests the watch will support Zepp Pay, BioCharge energy monitoring, Hyrox training options, and over 170 sports modes. This also provided the leaked color names: ‘Lava Black’ and ‘Midnight Pulse’.
Given the timing of the leaks and certifications, an official announcement at or before CES 2026 is highly likely.
